At just 19, Dylan obtained his real estate license in May and wasted no time making an impact, closing $1.6 million in sales volume by the end of the year.
His first full year in the business was even more impressive—at just 20 years old, he sold $5 million in real estate. In 2024, he continued to build on that momentum, closing $6.2 million in sales volume. In just three years, Dylan has helped over 50 clients buy or sell their homes, with total sales surpassing $13 million.
